At Duck Duck Surprise!™, your satisfaction matters to us. Because many of our items are made to order or designed as collectible surprises, our return and exchange policy is specific to each product type. Please review carefully before making your purchase.
1. General Return Policy
- We accept returns for defective or damaged products only.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
2. Apparel & Headwear
- Apparel and hats are made to order.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or misprinted.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
3. Blind Box Collectibles
- Blind boxes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the surprise nature of the product.
- Exceptions: If the included keychain is defective or arrives damaged, we will accept a return or issue a replacement.
4. Submitting a Return Request
To request a return, please email info@duckducksurprise.com with the following details:

- Email Address
- Order Number
- Description of the issue (with photos if applicable)
Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
5. Return Shipping Feest
To request a return, please email info@duckducksurprise.com with the following details:
- 5.1 Returns Due to Duck Duck Surprise!™ Liability
If your return is due to product quality issues, incorrect shipments, or damages caused by us, Duck Duck Surprise!™ will cover the return shipping costs.
- 5.2 Returns Due to Customer Reasons
For returns unrelated to product quality (e.g., package refusal, incorrect shipping address, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both original and return shipping fees.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
